In the study they may be the ones who have more complications.

Other than that little point, I agree with you, if it makes one happy and doesn't hurt anyone else pray away. The Misanthropehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/15697151793588884333noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8793210.post-1143840320940120752006-03-31T13:25:00.000-08:002006-03-31T13:25:00.000-08:00I have to disagree here. There is comfort in prayer for both patients and families, it is an expression of our deepest hopes and fears and the measure of success is not if a person is healed, but if the patient and family find comfort (not to mention the conseling that goes along with a pastoral visit in the hospital).

I do agree that the government should not be wasting money on researching prayer (God does not need government aid) but should be putting it toward medical research that might ulitmatly bring a cure.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8793210.post-1143835190029162932006-03-31T11:59:00.000-08:002006-03-31T11:59:00.000-08:00Good point, according to this study they are eithe...Good point, according to this study they are either window dressing or helping others to reach their inheritanceThe Misanthropehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/15697151793588884333noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8793210.post-1143831831546194702006-03-31T11:03:00.000-08:002006-03-31T11:03:00.000-08:00So basically the ministers who hang out in hospita...So basically the ministers who hang out in hospitals are just there for the free donuts and coffee?Trishhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/17653052036383117210noreply@blogger.com
