Workplace Harassment

Doing mandatory "workplace harassment" training for my job; actually, it's anti-harassment training -- but let's not split hairs.

The video example in the training involves a "hispanic" woman, an African-American woman, an Asian-American man, and a woman from Canada. Guess which one is discriminated against?

Of course, the Candadian, based on her Canadian heritage -- cuz that's the scourge of the modern workforce: harassment against Canadian nationals.

UPDATE

Punchline from lesson two: "And so the bartender says, 'That's what *she* said!'"

I know several highly skilled lawyers that practice in both state and federal courts throughout the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, the State of Florida, and the United States District Court for the Middle District of Florida. Their representation of companies and individuals involves numerous types of discrimination matters, such as racial discrimination, gender (sex) discrimination (including pregnancy discrimination), discrimination based upon national origin, discrimination based upon sexual orientation, housing discrimination, and other types of discrimination.
