Music has charms to soothe a savage breast, To soften rocks, or bend a knotted oak. William Congreve (1670–1729), playwright
I have not been able to stop playing this CD. I love when this song comes on.

THIS SONG, i heard in the grocery store, stopped me and i wrote down the words so that i could find it! now that i found it, we are singing it at nursing homes and church openings in the street! gotta love john fogarty!! legend!!
Driving to work one morning, not entirely awake (at 4:30), heard this song on the radio, woke me up and I had to find it, what a great piece of music. Needless to say John Fogerty is one of the best, from the first time I saw CCW at the Filmore many years ago to today, still enjoy him.

It is a great song. I really think that if this song received airplay on radio like the old days it would be a major hit.

One of these days I hope I get around to seeing Fogerty in concert.
