For something with a little (Oliver) Twist, construction is starting in two months about 35 miles outside of London on "Dickens World," a $116 million theme park designed around the writings of Charles Dickens. Watch out, Disney World. You have serious competition.

Dickens World is scheduled for completion in April 2007 in the old dockyards of the Chatham area.
